The library cannot refer you to a specific attorney, however, there are a number of services that may be able to assist you in finding legal representation:
Attorney Referral and Information Services of the Fresno County Bar Association

This service will refer you to an appropriate attorney for $30, which includes up to a ½ hour consultation with that attorney.
Central California Legal Services (Legal Aid)

Free services to persons with low income (must qualify). Can assist in most anything except criminal and family law. Will assist with restraining orders for domestic violence.
